Description: I illustrated this neighborhood map and apartment floorplan for a residential real estate offering in Miami Beach called HM7D in the historic Art-Deco Helen Mar apartment building. The map features all amenities in the area—the beach, the bars, the cultural institutions, the shops, and the bike paths. The floorplan gives the viewer a better understanding of the space and its layout.
